Had a great experience, salesman let me take all the time I needed and had no problem answering all my questions. I took a lot of time to decide on the bike I wanted and he never seemed to be bothered by it. Also the parts department (guy with long goatee, cant remember his name) was also very great, he also answered lots of my questions and took the time to help me decide on what I wanted.
